Laura Tiggelaar
Licensed Real Estate Broker Laura brings more than a decade of corporate client success experience to real estate, with a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and putting clients first. After years of building relationships with clients across the country, she joined her husband Hayes in real estate and became a licensed broker in 2026. Today, Laura leads the day-to-day operations of Haylo Homes Group.
A Northern Illinois University graduate, Laura has a genuine connection to the communities she serves. She is passionate about making the buying and selling process feel personal, approachable, and less overwhelming while keeping her clients informed and confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Laura enjoys life with Hayes and their two young children, Beckett and Brynlee, on their “mini farm” as they like to call it.

Hayes brings a background in corporate banking, financial analysis, lending, and relationship management to his real estate career. His passion for real estate began after flipping his first home and building his own rental portfolio, along with more than seven years of property management experience.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Hayes was born and raised in DeKalb, Illinois, and is proud to call Sycamore home. He combines his financial and investment experience with a relationship-driven approach to help clients make smart, confident decisions throughout the buying and selling process.
Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, or those making a move, Hayes is committed to providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a personalized experience from start to finish. Outside of real estate, Hayes enjoys spending time with his family at the lakehouse in Wisconsin and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams.
